Luker FOCO LED Emergency Lamp 12W B22 6500K LBGB12NCLWH

The Luker FOCO 12W Emergency LED Bulb is a practical rechargeable lighting solution designed to provide normal everyday illumination while also supporting automatic emergency lighting during power failures. Luker equips this model with a 12W SMD LED system, B22 bayonet base, 6500K white light and an inbuilt rechargeable battery. During a mains power interruption, the bulb is designed to switch to emergency operation automatically, making it useful in homes, offices, shops and other spaces where uninterrupted basic lighting is valuable. Luker FOCO 12W Emergency LED Bulb

The FOCO 12W is designed to work like a regular LED bulb during normal mains operation while retaining emergency functionality through its built-in rechargeable battery.

This means users do not need to keep a separate portable emergency lamp ready for every power cut.

When electricity is available, the bulb operates from the mains supply and the integrated battery system remains available for emergency use. When power fails, Luker states that the bulb automatically continues providing illumination through the inbuilt rechargeable battery.

The exact Nikshan catalogue also currently lists the Luker FOCO LED Emergency Lamp 12W B22 6500K LBGB12NCLWH, confirming the same retail product reference.

12W Energy-Efficient LED Lighting

The bulb has a rated power consumption of 12 watts, making it suitable for general-purpose indoor lighting where users want relatively low electrical consumption together with emergency functionality.

LED technology converts a higher proportion of electrical input into useful light than traditional incandescent bulbs, which is why LED lamps are widely selected for energy-conscious everyday lighting.

Luker lists a power factor of ≥0.5 and uses an integrated driver for the FOCO 12W.

Actual electricity savings will depend on what older lamp the customer is replacing and how many hours the light is used each day.

6500K Bright White Light

The exact Luker specification confirms a 6500K colour temperature, described by the brand as white light.

6500K illumination has a cool, crisp appearance and is commonly chosen for areas where clear visibility is preferred, including kitchens, utility areas, shops, offices, corridors and general workspaces.

The supplied description’s “daylight-like” wording is reasonable as a broad description, but the most accurate technical wording is simply 6500K White / Cool White.

The exact lumen output is not currently published on Luker’s verified specification page, so a brightness figure should not be invented.

B22 Bayonet Base

The FOCO 12W uses a standard B22 bayonet base.

This allows it to fit many common Indian bulb holders without requiring a specialised socket or additional adapter.

Installation is similar to that of a normal B22 LED lamp: the bulb is inserted into a compatible holder and rotated into position.

Because emergency bulbs rely on internal electronics and a rechargeable battery, customers should follow Luker’s instructions regarding charging and switch operation to ensure the backup feature functions correctly.

Automatic Emergency Backup

The key advantage of the FOCO range is its automatic emergency-lighting function.

Luker states that the inbuilt rechargeable battery allows the bulb to turn on during power cuts and provide continued illumination without the user needing to switch to a separate emergency lamp.

This can be particularly useful during unexpected outages at night, when basic illumination is needed immediately.

The precise backup duration is not stated on the official exact-model page, so the product should not be marketed with an exact number of hours unless the current carton or instruction manual confirms it.

IP64 Protection

Luker officially specifies an IP64 rating for the FOCO 12W.

The first digit indicates strong protection against dust ingress, while the second indicates protection against water splashes from multiple directions under defined test conditions.

This improves durability compared with an unrated basic indoor bulb.

However, IP64 does not mean the lamp is suitable for submersion or for installation in locations where it will be continuously exposed to water.

Polycarbonate Housing and Milky Diffuser

The bulb uses a polycarbonate housing together with a milky-white PC diffuser.

The diffuser helps spread LED light more evenly and reduces direct visibility of the individual LED elements.

Polycarbonate is lightweight and commonly used in modern LED lamp housings because it provides useful durability without the fragility of conventional glass bulb construction.

The official body colour is white.

BIS Certified

Luker lists BIS certification and compliance for the FOCO 12W.

This is a meaningful technical specification to include on the WooCommerce product page because it indicates that the product is positioned as compliant with applicable Indian standards.

Customers should still use the bulb only with an appropriate B22 holder and within the rated 220–240V AC, 50Hz input range.

Operating Temperature

The official specification lists an operating range of approximately -10°C to +45°C.

This supports typical household and commercial indoor use across normal Indian ambient conditions.

The bulb should still be installed where heat can dissipate normally and should not be enclosed in fittings that are incompatible with rechargeable emergency LED lamps.
